Flex. Stretch. Strengthen. Fly. Relax.
I offer one to one Yoga and Aerial Yoga classes for flexibility and strength for all levels at my new converted home studio in Exmouth.
Aerial Yoga
Use the hammock as a resource to aid Yogic postures, challenge yourself with inversions and backbends, stretch and restore. Any or all of the above - you choose.
Yoga
I'm qualified in Yin or Hatha yoga. In Yin Yoga we hold poses for longer, whereas in Hatha we work through Sun Salutations, Standing Strength to reach a pinnacle pose, such as headstand, Bird of Paradise,or even a gentle balance such as tree.
Please book for a one-hour session for just £30 (one-to-one) or £40 (one-to-two).
I am a qualified Yoga and Aerial Yoga instructor. Member of CIMPSA.

Aerial Yoga can improve flexibility and alignment. Practicing Aerial Yoga is the best way to fight against back problems and pain. It lengthens your spine when you hang freely. It also helps to develop overall strength, improve your core strength and help with breathing techniques.
Using deep breathing helps you feel calm which in turn can increase your mental and physical flexibility.
So, in summary, a full body holistic work out!
