Back Drop on Silks

Yoga, Flexibility and Aerial Silks

I moved to Exmouth in 2010 where I became a practitioner of Yoga and began practising active flexibility. Over the years I have learnt a lot about how the human body works and particularly how muscles and flexibility work together in symbiosis.

Before training as an Aerial Yoga instructor I had already been introduced to the fascinating world of Aerial Silks and the beautiful shapes one can create on the silks. I saw first hand how important strength and flexibility were, in order to even just climb the silks, let alone string moves together with ease and elegance.

I teach yoga at LED in Exmouth. I teach Aerial Yoga privately at my home studio in Ashleigh Road. Please contact me for further details

Yoga and Aerial Yoga

Yoga and then Aerial Yoga have helped me with both flexibility and strength over the years. I qualified to teach Aerial Yoga in February 2020 and have attended numerous workshops and classes. I qualified as a Yoga Teacher in September 2020 after 8 years of personal practice.
